  1990年進入 南京理工大學高分子材料專業(yè)攻讀碩士學位
  1993年3月 南京理工大學高分子材料專業(yè)攻讀博士學位,1996年5月獲博士學位。
  1996年6月進入華東理工大學從事博士后研究
  1998年9月于華東理工大學化工學院工作,任副教授。
  2001年11月晉升為教授。
  2003年12月被遴選為博士生導師。
  作為主持人及主要研究人員已承擔并完成國家自然科學基金、國家863計劃、十一五軍工配套研制計劃、上海市科技發(fā)展基金、上海汽車發(fā)展基金、上海市教委青年基金及與企業(yè)合作的橫向項目等各類課題二十余項,在國內(nèi)外發(fā)表學術(shù)論文80余篇。

研究方向
(1)多相、多組分聚合物材料的界面
  包括:纖維增強聚合物界面粘結(jié)的改善與控制,界面結(jié)構(gòu)與界面性能及材料宏觀性能的關(guān)系,增強、增韌的界面設計,環(huán)境因素(濕熱、溫度驟變等)對界面的損傷行為及應對措施。
(2)聚合物材料的改性
  包括:聚合物材料的增強、增韌、阻燃、阻隔等多種高性能、功能化、低成本化改性技術(shù)。
(3)聚合物基復合材料的制備及成型技術(shù)
  包括:纖維織物、連續(xù)纖維及非連續(xù)纖維增強聚合物基復合材料的制備與成型工藝,熱塑性復合材料制備及成型過程的傳遞行為,纖維損傷、分布及取向,熱塑性復合材料制備的工業(yè)化技術(shù)與設備及制品成型工藝和設備,熱塑性復合材料的高性能、低成本化。
(4)生物資源聚合物材料的高性能化及實用化
  包括:淀粉、聚乳酸等材料的改性。
(5)基于嵌段共聚物組裝行為的功能材料
  包括:具有可調(diào)納米孔道聚合物膜,納米反應器的構(gòu)建及穩(wěn)定性,納米金屬膠體及納米復合微球。

Research Aspect
(1) interface of multiphase & multicomponent polymer material
Including: improvement and control of the interface binding of fiber reinforced polymers, relationship among interfacial structure, interfacial performance and the macroscopic properties of material, design of reinforced and toughened interface, interfacial damages caused by environmental factors (such as thermal moisture, sudden changes of temperature, etc.) and methods of disposition
(2) modification of polymer material
Including: modifying techniques of functionalizing and cost reduction to produce reinforced, toughened, flame-resist and barrier polymer
(3) preparation and processing of polymer composites
Including: manufacturing and processing of fiber fabric, discontinuous fiber, and continuous fiber reinforced polymer composites, transfer behaviors in the course of preparing and moulding thermoplastic composites, the damage, distribution and orientation of fibers, industrialization techniques and equipments of thermoplastic composites and the forming crafts and facilities for products, high-performance and low-cost thermoplastic composites (4) high-performance and practical bio-polymer
Including: modification of starch and poly (lactic acid)
(5) functional materials based on the resembling behaviors of block polymers
Including: polymer membrane with adjustable nano-channels, construction and stabilization of nano-reactor, nano-metal colloids and nano-composite particles
