山東大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院導(dǎo)師--高成江簡介

本試驗(yàn)室利用分子生物學(xué)、免疫學(xué)和生物化學(xué)等學(xué)科專業(yè)知識(shí)，并結(jié)合動(dòng)物模型，在分子水平和細(xì)胞水平，研究敗血癥(Sepsis)，炎癥(Inflammation)及腫瘤免疫(Tumor immunology)的分子生物學(xué)機(jī)制；具體研究內(nèi)容包括真核基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄表達(dá)調(diào)控、蛋白質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)譯后修飾、宿主與病原微生物的相互作用以及一氧化氮（NO）的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)。
